I entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can track your package.

When will I get my refund?
Once your return arrives at our warehouse and is inspected, you will be notified by email on the status.
If approved, your refund will be processed on the original payment method, within 2 working days.

How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are processed in 2–3 business days.
Shipping takes 4–7 business days.

How much is shipping?
We charge a flat fee of $5.99 for shipping unless your order totals over $100.
Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the U.S.

Do you provide prepaid return labels?
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We'll provide the return address, and you're free to use your preferred carrier.
